Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts has completed a six-month RFP process to select a technological partner. Despite the search, the identity of the chosen company remains unclear.

Cinnamon Hotels, operating 17 properties across Sri Lanka and the Maldives, aimed to enhance its digital presence. The selected partner, whose name was not disclosed, provided a customer-centric approach and 24/7 security and technical support.

The partnership led to significant improvements. Within the first six months, active website users grew by 71%, and the conversion rate increased by 5%. The tech stack was upgraded, and the digital user experience was notably enhanced.

Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts' digital transformation strategy, facilitated by its technological partner, has shown promising results. Despite the mystery surrounding the partner's identity, the company's impact on commercial growth is evident.
