Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts Sees Digital Boom with Cendyn
Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, operating 17 properties across Sri Lanka and the Maldives, has seen significant digital growth with the help of global hotel technology company Cendyn. The collaboration has led to a 71% increase in active website users and a 5% boost in conversion rates.
Cendyn began by upgrading Cinnamon Hotels' tech stack, enhancing the digital user experience. This upgrade, combined with Cendyn's personalised approach, was praised by Radhey Tawar, CCO of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. The results were impressive: over 13 new partners joined, up from just five, all integrated through Cendyn's platform.
Cendyn's 24/7 security and technical support played a crucial role in implementing this modern infrastructure. Chris Egan, CPO of Cendyn, highlighted the full integration of Cinnamon Hotels' tech stack with their website, improving both operational efficiency and guest experience.
Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts chose Cendyn after a thorough six-month RFP tendering process, drawn to their customer-centric approach. The partnership has not only increased active users and conversion rates but also expanded Cinnamon Hotels' partner network, all while ensuring robust security and support.
