Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, operating 17 properties across Sri Lanka and the Maldives, has seen significant digital growth with the help of global hotel technology company Cendyn. The collaboration has led to a 71% increase in active website users and a 5% boost in conversion rates.

Cendyn began by upgrading Cinnamon Hotels' tech stack, enhancing the digital user experience. This upgrade, combined with Cendyn's personalised approach, was praised by Radhey Tawar, CCO of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. The results were impressive: over 13 new partners joined, up from just five, all integrated through Cendyn's platform.
