Hospitality leaders of tomorrow forged at the 2nd BEAM Summit in Bolzano, May 15-16, 2025 - Pioneers, visionaries, and innovators shaping the future of hospitality.

The BEAM Summit 2025 is set to take place on May 15th and 16th, 2025, in South Tyrol, Italy. The Summit, which stands for "Be ambitious and lead the change", aims to bring together visionaries, pioneers, and decision-makers from the hospitality, gastronomy, agriculture, and destination management sectors.

The theme of this year's Summit is "The Power of Collaboration". Four "BEAM Labs" will address central challenges as creative thought and action spaces: "The Power of Food", "Brave New Space", "Tourism Revolution", and "Brave New Relations".

"The Power of Food" believes that the greatest leverage for climate and nature protection lies on our plates. This lab will explore the role of the food industry in promoting sustainability and responsible practices.

"Tourism Revolution" will delve into future-proof destinations in the tension between regionality, environment, and global competition. The lab aims to provide insights into how tourism can be managed in a way that benefits both the local community and the environment.

"Brave New Relations" focuses on rethinking work environments - fairly, motivating, and across generations. This lab will discuss the importance of creating workplaces that foster innovation and inclusivity.

"Brave New Space" is dedicated to redesigning spaces for successful interaction and creation. This lab will offer ideas on how to design spaces that encourage collaboration and productivity.

The Summit will feature keynotes by international speakers, inspiring short lectures, and curated networking sessions. An exclusive evening event on May 15th at Schloss Freudenstein will offer a high-level culinary experience by Chefs Danilo D'Ambra and Egon Heiss, along with Michelin-starred chef Christian Bau.

Start-ups and entrepreneurs under 35 years of age can benefit from discounted conditions. The Summit is intended to provide a space for the exchange of experiences and ideas, inspiration, and concrete synergies.
