Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Dell began his career at the Grandhotel Pupp in Karlovy Vary before venturing out to gain global experience in Sydney, Hong Kong, and Doha. His journey with Four Seasons started in 2010 at Regent Singapore (formerly a Four Seasons hotel), where he demonstrated his skills and was recognised for his contributions. Dell's impressive career trajectory includes diverse roles in the hospitality industry, with leadership positions at notable hotels and resorts.
