Summer 2025 Changes in ITA Airways' Volare Loyalty Program

Volare Unveils Exciting Summer 2025 Upgrades for Loyal Members

Volare, the loyalty programme of ITA Airways, is gearing up for an exceptional summer season with a series of enhancements designed to elevate the travel experience for its members. These upgrades include enhanced hotel perks, double points earning opportunities, and exclusive kid rewards.

Starting with the hotel perks, Volare members will now have access to luxurious hotel stays through new partnerships. While the specific hotel partners have not been disclosed, the promotion emphasises a focus on "glamorous hotel stays" as a key benefit.

In addition, members can look forward to earning double points across various bookings during the summer season. This double points feature is expected to speed up the point accumulation process, making rewards more attainable.

The kid rewards introduced by Volare are aimed at offering family-oriented benefits. However, the precise details about these kid rewards, such as bonuses or special offers, were not specified in the available information.

In terms of partnership developments, Volare's collaboration with Delta SkyMiles will come to an end on September 1, 2025. Until then, Volare elite members will continue to enjoy various benefits on Delta flights, including extra baggage allowance, priority check-in, boarding, and fast track services.

From July 1, 2025, ITA Airways status holders will experience harmonised benefits with Lufthansa Group’s loyalty program, paving the way towards ITA's full Star Alliance membership by June 2026.

Other notable partnerships include Volare's collaboration with Milan's Armani Hotel, Leone 1857, ParkinGO, and Buddyfit.

Meanwhile, TUI has acquired a 20 per cent stake in Bentour Reisen, and Bentour Reisen has, in turn, received a 20 per cent stake in Nazar Nordic AB.
