TU Braunschweig Kicks Off 'Rethinking Coastal Spaces' Forum, Explores AI & Offers Exclusive Database Access

The Coastal Research Center has announced its first Coastal Research Forum, 'Rethinking Coastal Spaces', to be held in Hannover on September 11th and 12th. Meanwhile, TU Braunschweig's university library has opened exclusive access to material databases, and the university is exploring the potential of AI in its operations.

The Coastal Research Center has invited all to its inaugural Coastal Research Forum. The event, titled 'Rethinking Coastal Spaces', will take place in Hannover on September 11th and 12th. This comes as no relevant information was found about the University of Braunschweig's participation in the event.

TU Braunschweig is also preparing for other significant events. The third regular meeting of the year is scheduled for September 8th at 10:00 AM, to be held online. The Day of Democracy follows on September 15th, featuring actions like the Market of Democracy, the Community Café of the Transfer Service, and a Democracy? Bingo! President Angela Ittel will also hold office hours on the same day at 1:00 PM for personal or group concerns or ideas.

In the realm of sustainability, the final event of the joint project 'Co-Adapted Braunschweig' will be held on September 10th. This event aims to present a municipal climate adaptation strategy. Additionally, TU Braunschweig has opened exclusive test access to the material databases SpringerMaterials and Total Materia through its university library.

The university has been actively engaging with technology. More than 25 employees recently met to discuss the opportunities and limits of AI in university life. Furthermore, TU Braunschweig is offering a funding opportunity for binational projects with Taiwan Tech. In the spirit of competition, the Cycling Challenge 2025 starts on September 7th, with TU Braunschweig aiming to reclaim the title.
