Vingroup & Indonesia's PT. Sulsel Andalan Energi Partner for Green Energy Future
Vingroup has inked a strategic partnership with PT. Sulsel Andalan Energi to develop renewable energy projects in Indonesia. The collaboration focuses on large-scale solar power projects, both on land and floating installations, as well as green smart city initiatives. Indonesia, particularly South Sulawesi, is seen as a promising market due to its strong solar radiation.
The partnership, which involves sharing expertise in emerging green technologies by Vingroup and regulatory and infrastructure support by PT. Sulsel Andalan Energi, aims to contribute to a better future for generations to come. VinFast, Vingroup's electric vehicle arm, has already entered the Indonesian market and is building a full 'For a Green Future' ecosystem. Additionally, South Sulawesi authorities are considering deploying VinFast electric buses and supporting V-Green's EV charging network. The two parties are also exploring collaborations in smart city initiatives, hospital construction, and affordable housing developments.
Through this strategic partnership, Vingroup and PT. Sulsel Andalan Energi aim to develop renewable energy projects that contribute to Indonesia's green energy transition. The collaboration is expected to bring significant benefits to both parties and the environment.
