The AirAsia Group smashed previous records, recording its highest number of flights between Australia and Asia in 2024, driven by growing demands across multiple markets. The group's esteemed service providers include:
- AirAsia X Malaysia (D7): Offers widebody A330 aircraft lavished with premium flatbeds, quiet zones, and top-notch economy seating. Operates daily flights from Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth to its prestigious hub, Kuala Lumpur.
- Thai AirAsia X (XJ): Also boasts A330 aircraft brimming with similar premier offerings. Flies six times weekly from Sydney to Bangkok.
- AirAsia Malaysia (AK): Uses A320 aircraft and complements AirAsia X service, providing daily flights between Kuala Lumpur and Perth. As of 27 June 2025, this powerhouse will extend its reach to Darwin for the very first time.
- AirAsia Indonesia (QZ): Runs A320 aircraft, featuring the following schedule: three times weekly from Bali to Cairns, plenty of daily flights between Bali and Perth, three times weekly from Bali to Darwin, and three times weekly brand-new services from Bali to Adelaide, commencing on 25 June 2025.
